Membership Grade

(1) Student Member: student membership is open to any person who has sat for ordinary level G.C.E. or W.A.S.C., S.S.C.E. or equivalent, and is pursuing or willing to pursue a course of study leading to the examination institute.

(2) Associate Member (AIDPM): associate member is open to any person in possession of part IV Certificate of the institute or HND/B.SC or Equivalent qualification in data processing, accountancy or business qualification in data processing from recognized Universities; polytechnic, professional bodies and institution of higher learning.

(3) Full Member (MIDPM): full membership statue will be accorded to persons who have serve the commerce, industry or public services at executive level after completion of the final examination of the institute, or B.Sc/HND or authenticated equivalent qualification. Those with higher qualification such as PGD, MBA, MPA, M.Sc, etc. in a related disciple, will be admitted into this grade.

(4) Fellow Member (FIDPM): this grade is design for commendable achievers in data processing management or Business Executives, Accountants , Chief Executive of Reputable Organizations who have contributed to the development of the profession of data processing, business management, backed by practical experience of five or more years will be admitted into the grade.

(5) Corporate Member (CIDPM): This grade of membership is given only to organizations engaged in the training of data processing professionals, service organisations etc
